Hey besties, my name’s Courtney and welcome to Kent Girls Club 🫶

I started Kent Girls Club at the end of January 2026 and honestly… I had no idea how many girls were feeling disconnected.

What began as 1 TikTok looking for some friends in my local area, quickly turned into something so much bigger.

I realised just how many women in Kent were craving the same thing. More friendship, connection, confidence and fun things to look forward to.

Making friends as an adult is hard!

Life gets busy, routines change, people move, relationships shift… and before you know it, you can feel a little lonely, disconnected, or like everyone else already has their people.

And that’s exactly why I started Kent Girls Club.

I wanted to create a space where girls in Kent could come together, meet new people, try new things and feel apart of something whether you come solo or with a friend!

Since launching, Kent Girls Club has already started growing into such a special community. With events across Maidstone, Medway, Canterbury, Folkestone, Ashford and beyond. From Pilates sessions to brunches, socials, girls walks, run club and fun days out there is something for everyone ✨

The best part of this has been seeing girls come to events on their own and leave with new friendships, new confidence and feeling like they’ve finally found their people 🥹

Kent Girls Club is still only just getting started, but the mission is simple:

To help women in Kent feel less alone, more connected and have fun along the way 💖
